Carding & Web Forming
Polyester fiber is opened, blended and carded into a uniform web, then cross-lapped to the target weight. Grade consistency starts here: the same blend recipe runs for every batch of a given product code.
Thermal Bonding & Finishing
The web passes through the bonding oven where low-melt fiber locks the structure, then takes its finish — tacky coating for ceiling media, singed face for pre-filters, carbon lamination for odor grades.
Slitting & Die-Cutting
Jumbo rolls become your widths on the slitter-rewinder, and the die-cutting bench turns media into pads, discs and framed panels to ±2 mm — packed flat, rolled or kiss-cut as your market prefers.
Warehouse & Export Packing
Standard grades sit wrapped and ready; compressed baling squeezes up to a third more media into each container. Private-label cartons, barcodes and mixed-grade consolidation are all routine.
