One booth, three filter jobs: clean the air coming in, hold the overspray going out, and protect everything downstream. Here is where each of our media earns its keep.

Automotive Spray & Bake Booths
The classic stack: G3/G4 pre-filter at the intake, 600G tacky ceiling media over the cabin, paint-stop fiberglass in the floor pit. Body shops running daily change the ceiling once or twice a year and the floor media monthly — we quote per-booth kits so reordering is one line item.
Furniture & Woodwork Finishing
Lacquer lines and spray walls chew through arrestor media. Our 75 mm paint-stop holds heavy NC and PU overspray, and die-cut pads sized to your extraction wall save cutting time at every change.
Industrial Paint Lines
Conveyorized lines need media that performs identically batch after batch — a density drift of a few percent shows up as pressure alarms. Mill-direct supply means the media that qualified your line is the media you keep getting.
Powder Coating & Curing
Intake pre-filtration keeps stray fibers out of the powder cloud, and high-temperature media survives the oven recirculation ducts where standard cotton bakes brittle.
HVAC & Cleanroom Intake
G2–G4 roll media guards coils and bag filters in air handling units; F5 diffusion media doubles as a terminal layer in paint-adjacent clean zones. Slit to your frame widths, boxed flat or rolled.
Exhaust & Odor Pre-Filtration
Ahead of carbon banks, UV units and scrubbers, a cheap pre-filter pad is what keeps expensive treatment media alive. Carbon filter cotton adds a polishing layer where light odor is the last complaint standing.
