Paint-Stop Fiberglass Media
Progressive-density curly glass fiber loads paint from the open face inward, so it holds several kilograms of overspray per square meter before airflow suffers. The standard floor and exhaust-wall media for every wet-paint booth.
Specs: thickness 50 / 75 / 100 mm · rolls 0.75–2 m × 20 m · green/white or all-white · paint holding ~3–5 kg/m²
Ceiling Filter Cotton (Diffusion Media)
The full-ceiling F5 layer that turns booth supply air into a slow, dust-free curtain over the workpiece. A gradient fiber structure with a tacky downstream face traps fines that would otherwise end up in your clear coat.
Specs: 560G / 600G / 630G g/m² · grade F5 (EN 779) · tacky or plain finish · rolls 2 m × 20 m, cut panels to your frame sizes
Pre-Filter Cotton, G2–G4
Coarse polyester media that takes the first hit of dust at booth intakes, AHU inlets and compressor rooms. Cheap to change, and every gram it catches is life added to the fine filters downstream.
Specs: grades G2 / G3 / G4 · thickness 5–20 mm · rolls up to 2 m wide · washable heavier grades available
Activated Carbon Filter Cotton
Granular carbon bonded into a nonwoven sandwich: enough adsorption to knock down odor and light solvent traces in exhaust stacks, recirculation systems and kitchen hoods, in a format that installs like any pad.
Specs: thickness 3–10 mm · carbon loading options · rolls or die-cut pads · pair with G3 pre-filter to extend life
High-Temperature Filter Media
Heat-set fibers that keep their loft and grade in bake-oven air circuits and hot exhaust runs where ordinary polyester media shrinks, sags and gaps at the frame.
Specs: continuous service up to ~150 °C · pads and cut panels · used in spray-bake booths and curing oven recirculation
Die-Cut Pads & Converting Service
We slit, cut and pack to your drawings: replacement pads for booth brands, framed panels, discs for round housings, kiss-cut sheets for retail packs. Private-label cartons and barcode labeling included when you need them.
